Methodology Feedback Loop

      Weekly learning and Build Less.

Talk to users. Talk to users and identify pains, ideas, and opportunities under the Story Map structure:

          Medium for communication:

            On Seed Community. (preferred way)

            Informal conversations through other mediums.

            Structured UX interviews.

This process applies to new User Actions or Old User Actions (existing features).

All the conversations and conclusions must be documented on Seed.

Task Analysis and Story Map Building. Based on this information we build new Stories or change existing Stories through argumentation based on these user conversations.

We also structure the Story Map to build a shared understanding of the product narrative across all the team members.

        Identify the Opportunities and Ideas.

Write a Pitch. Writing projects should normally fast, as we will already have most of the required information in the repository, unless we are breaking ground.

          The Design needs to include:

            Personas.

            Activities, Stories, and Goals.

Information required by the user to performed the user task.

            Design.

Write Concepts and Definitions of the User Model.

          Technical Description:

            Protobuf and Schemas.

Overview of the main ideas in the implementation.

Evaluate the Roadmap - Betting Table.

          Greenlight projects.

          Cancel projects.

          Reorder priorities.

Talk to users again. Weekly Learning, evaluate outcome.
