Conversations mental model
Defining the user stories and the mental model

US1: As an admin, I want to decide if my space allows conversations or not, so that I can control the tone and purpose of my space.

US2: As a new user on a space that allows conversations, I want to understand that I can participate and how, so I feel invited into the community.

US3: As a new user, I want a frictionless way to leave my first comment, so I feel engaged.

US4: As a writer, I want to browse my threads so I can have context of the conversations happening around my content.

US5: As a writer, I want to see a thread anchored to its original text in the document, so I understand what's being discussed.

US6: As a user, I want to save a conversation, so that I can recover the information when I need.

The problem: The current solution has a tab system that hides conversations behind multiple clicks, the Discussions panel opens as a sidebar that competes with the document and threads are difficult to follow.

2 main moments:

    Discovering how

Doing it easily and feeling confident
