I love the background color solution to hint document hierarchy. Why didn't we do it before? Why did we fiddle with horizontal lines, line spacing and so on :)
The pain with it though is that it has bugs in the editor. It seems fine in read mode, but in the editor the alignment of the background box gets weird, sometimes text surpasses the container box, and subheadings are not highlighted when hover on parent headings. All of this works fine in read view.

In general our read view looks much better than the editor.

Still no way to copy from Seed and paste elsewhere. Hierarchy and formatting gets lost. Would be nice to be able to copy from Seed and paste Markdown at least.

Web commenting (at least on iPhone Safari) still super clunky — gets slow after a few lines, but not very consistently, so I'm not sure what's going on.
