How did I get into this situation?

Repro:

I created these two documents

I crated this document: Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), and moved Shared Permissions.

Then I changed the URL from

https://seedteamtalks.hyper.media/product-requirement-documents
to
https://seedteamtalks.hyper.media/prdI

I moved the Explore Knowledge document.
