Menus, mouse clicks, and mouse drags instead of Commands:
If you want to move a paragraph, you drag it instead of remembering and summoning the transpose command.
If you want to see comments or the master directory, click a menu button.

Actually, Doug said he considered menus, but he thought moving the cursor up to a menu instead of using commands was very time-consuming.
